Method
Solar Grown Diamonds
A diamond is carbon, pressure, and time.
We simply changed where the time is spent.

The process
Sunlight in, diamond out.
A diamond takes millions of years to form underground. Ours take a few weeks, in a lab powered by more than 100 acres of solar panels.
- 01
The method
Chemical vapor deposition. Carbon builds up layer by layer under conditions that mirror what happens naturally, just compressed and controlled.
- 02
The energy
The facility where the stones are grown runs on more than 100 acres of solar panels, which is the part most growers will not put a number on.
- 03
The result
Pure carbon. Chemically, physically and optically identical to a diamond pulled out of the ground, and graded by the same laboratories.

Questions
Common questions
What exactly is a Solar Grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond produced by chemical vapor deposition in a facility powered by more than 100 acres of solar panels. Chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond. Solar Grown describes our production energy. The stones are lab-grown and always described that way to consumers.
How do I know the diamond in my ring is the one on the certificate?
The laboratory report number is laser-inscribed on the diamond's girdle, and the finished ring is marked with the same certificate number, subject to available engraving space.
Is the gold really recycled?
Yes. Recycled 18K gold, with chain-of-custody documentation available on request.
What if I need a size you don't stock?
Everything is made to order, so any size is available at the same price.
