Made personal

A piece of your own.
A ring for a particular stone. A detail with a meaning only you know. A design you have been thinking about for years.
Tell us what you have in mind. We will talk through the design, materials and practical details with you.

The conversation comes first
From an idea to an agreed design
Tell us your idea
Share the piece you want to make, the details that matter and an approximate budget. References are welcome.
Explore the possibilities
We discuss the design and materials, then confirm the scope, price and expected timing with you.
Decide when you are ready
Review the proposal and ask your questions. Production only follows an agreed design and order terms.
Your starting point
You do not need to know every detail yet.
Start with an engagement ring, wedding bands, earrings, a pendant or a bracelet. You might want a variation of an Orloff design, a piece built around a gemstone, or something entirely different.
If you are unsure about metals, stones or sizing, leave those choices open in your brief. We can discuss them together.
Before you begin
A few useful answers
Do I need a finished design?
No. A description, a sketch or a few reference photographs are enough to start a conversation. Tell us what you like and what you would change.
Can I adapt an Orloff design?
Include the product name or a link, together with the changes you have in mind. We will discuss what is possible for that design.
Can I use a stone or jewelry I already own?
Tell us what you have and include clear photographs in your email. We will need to assess its condition and suitability before agreeing to use it. Please contact us before sending any stones or jewelry.
How much does a custom piece cost?
The design, metal, stones and work involved determine the price. Share an approximate budget so we can discuss suitable options. We will confirm a quotation before you decide whether to proceed.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the design and the availability of materials. Tell us about any important date at the enquiry stage. We will confirm whether it is achievable before accepting an order.
What happens after I send my brief?
We will review your idea and contact you to discuss the details. Any design work, charges, payment terms, production schedule and return conditions must be agreed before you proceed. Sending this brief does not place an order.
