Choosing a diamond: origin and sourcing

Know whether you are selecting a natural or laboratory-grown diamond, and ask for the information that matters to your purchase.

Origin is not the same as traceability

Natural or laboratory-grown describes how a diamond formed. Detailed provenance and production claims require separate supporting information for that stone.

Ask a specific question

Send us the stone reference and tell us what you want to confirm, such as origin, report, availability or production details. We will help establish what documentation is available rather than infer it from a photograph.
