EYE OF THE FOREST

Some stones carry the weight of the natural world within them. This one does.

The Eye of the Forest is a sculpture ring built around a 3.22 carat Brazilian emerald, deep forest green and cut in a marquise shape that echoes the form of a leaf held up to the light. Set in 14K yellow gold, the warm metal and the cool green of the stone exist in a balance that feels less designed and more inevitable.

The stone carries a minor oil treatment, standard practice for fine emeralds and a mark of a gem taken seriously enough to be properly prepared. The Eye of the Forest comes with an AIG certificate and is presented in an original Orloff of Denmark ring box.
